1/25/11 Squat

Squat: 135x10, 185x6, 225x5, 275x5, (add belt) 315x5, 335x5
Full clean: 95x5, 135x5
Clean and jerk: 185x1
Hamstring Curls: 35x8, 45x2x8
Barbell swings: 95x3x8


Did the cleans because the hack squat machine at this gym is gay.

    I've been training squats without a belt and profiting. You got any planned meets in the next 6 mo or so? What's a barbell swing?

  2. I dont start the diet till next week :P.

    Only reason I wear a belt is because of my back, I gotta stay safe.

    Yes, I do plan on doing a full meet in the summer after I cut and get my strength back up.
